Alternate Site Lead (140E):
Immediate Hire – must deploy in 45 days

Will serve as the acting Site Lead in the absence of the Site Lead.
Will have five years of experience as a MOS 140E/K/L in a U.S. Army Patriot Battalion.
Will be subject matter expert in the employment, operation, and maintenance of the Patriot system:
- initialization and system configuration
- RFA drills; establish and maintain communication links
- air battle management
- air defense tactics
- joint kill chain procedures
- system maintenance and fault recognition
- basic and intermediate defense design
- reporting procedures; and will have served as/have one or more of the following:
  - Tactical Control Officer (TCO) at a U.S. Patriot Battery
  - Tactical Director (TD) at a U.S. Patriot Battalion
  - Electronic Missile Maintenance Officer (EMMO) at a U.S. Patriot Battalion
  - Air Defense Artillery Fire Control Officer (ADAFCO)
  - Information & Coordination Central experience
  - PMG experience
  - TCO-ECS and/or TCS experience
  - Defense Design experience
  - Patriot Top Gun Qualification

14E – Patriot Fire Control Enhanced Operator/Maintainer
Immediate Hire – must deploy in 45 days

Will have at least five years of experience as a MOS 14E in a U.S. Army Patriot Battalion.
Will be subject matter expert in:
- the employment, operation, and maintenance of the Patriot system
- march order and emplacement drills to include missile reload
- initialization & system configuration
- RFA drills; establish and maintain communication links
- air battle management
- air defense tactics
- joint kill chain procedures
- system maintenance and fault recognition
- basic and intermediate defense design
- reporting procedures
- and is preferred to have served as/have one or more of the following:
  - Tactical Control Assistant at a U.S. Patriot Battery
  - Tactical Director Assistant (14E 30/40) at a U.S. Patriot Battalion
  - BN Standardizations at a U.S. Patriot Battalion
  - Air Defense Artillery Fire Control Assistant
  - PMG experience
  - TCO-ECS and/or TCS experience
  - EMMO at a U.S. Patriot Battalion
  - Information & Coordination Central experience

O4 and W-2 or E-7 – SIGINT / EW Site Lead and Deputy Site Lead

Work Location: Pristina, Kosovo

Job Description:

Will advise, mentor and provide technical oversight on signals intelligence as well as supervise various Mobile Training Teams.
Will be knowledgeable in the modern signal intelligence & electronic warfare doctrine and training, and advise and train host country personnel on same.
Will advise on the needed signal intelligence & electronic warfare equipment, how to manage collected information via satellite and aerial photography, how to exploit and analyze various types of images, tools, and platforms, production of intelligence reports, along with any other applicable subject areas.
Will conduct effective mentoring and transformation training.

Minimum Qualifications:

Will have at least five (10) years of experience in managing programs, training, and oversight for projects of a similar size and scope. Must be able to direct Technical Assistance Field Team personnel and effectively interface with USG Team Chief and USG Deputy Team Chief.
Must be knowledgeable in the modern signal intelligence & electronic warfare doctrine and training, signal intelligence & electronic warfare equipment, capable of conducting effective mentoring and transformation training, and present a professional appearance.
MUST BE A GRADUATE of a signals intelligence and electronic warfare course with either the Army or USMC – no exceptions.
10+ years of experience in the field of SIGINT/EW, with intelligence analysis, and strategic intelligence analysis in the DoD, DoD partners, or Intelligence community
5+ years of experience in working directly with senior leaders and HQ’s staff; ability to develop and implement intelligence plans and strategies, ability to obtain a Secret security clearance
Must have attained the rank of 04 for Site Lead. Deputy Site Lead must have attained the rank of W2, or E-7 or higher.
